Clear answers before you source

Review customization, MOQ, sampling, production, inspection, and quotation scope.

Can Shujing Era customize sofas and beds to our specification?

Yes. We support OEM/ODM customization, including fabric or leather selection, colorway, seat configuration, dimensions, and branding elements. Share your reference images or drawings through the RFQ form and our team will confirm feasibility.

Is it possible to request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Sample requests can be arranged for qualified inquiries. Include your target product, quantity, and destination market in the request-quote form so our team can advise on sample lead time and terms for your specific project.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product line: 20 pieces for the Simple Style Fabric Sofa, 10 pieces for the Luxury Genuine Leather Sofa, 30 pieces for the Top-Grain Leather Upholstered Bed, and 50 pieces for the Eco-Leather Upholstered Bed. Contact us for MOQ on custom OEM/ODM projects.

What is your production capacity and typical lead time?

Our facility spans approximately 3,000 m² across two workshops with dedicated soft-furniture sewing and custom-processing lines, producing thousands of sets per month. Typical production lead time is 15–20 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and customization.

Can we arrange a quality inspection before shipment?

Yes. Buyers and their appointed third-party inspection agencies are welcome to schedule a pre-shipment inspection at our facility. Please coordinate inspection timing with our team in advance through your order contact or the contact page.

Do quoted prices include shipping, and how is logistics handled?

Pricing terms (such as FOB or other trade terms) are confirmed per order based on destination market, quantity, and packaging requirements. Submit your destination market and target quantity in the request-quote form to receive a scoped quotation.

What quality control steps are applied during production?

Materials and components are checked on incoming inspection, in-process checks are carried out on the sewing and assembly lines, and finished units undergo a final inspection before packing. Process details can be discussed further for OEM/ODM programs.

Can you produce to our own packaging and labeling requirements?

Custom packaging and labeling can be arranged for OEM/ODM orders. Provide your packaging specification or artwork when submitting your inquiry so it can be reviewed alongside your product requirements.
